Our ancient culture believed in creating stories behind everything, so that it becomes like a living kind of expression for eternity.
Yoga has existed on Planet Earth all along from the beginning, a way of life, and recordings are in Vedas and Puranas.
Basically in Sanskrit and texts we have 3 different terms we use for happiness – “Sukham, Ananda, Santosha”, almost similar that they are.
Stories are empowering. They bring out the essence of life. Walking down memory lane-s, reflecting on lived and cherished moments, we bump into nuggets of wisdom, interestingly we find our future too.
SMRITI project is on a mission to curate our timeless, ageless Vedic, Vedantic wisdom. Stories play a big part in tapping into our treasures of knowledge.

Sanata Dharma!
‘Sanatana’ means ever living. It is similar to another term ‘Puraatana’ which means ancient. But Sanatana is eternal–relevant in previous ages, is relevant now and will remain relevant.
The importance of Sanatana Dharma is knowing the purpose of life, that it is a journey, and the experience and knowing is to become Brahman.
